If you’re a passionate crochet designer or yarnie who’s looking to get your products seen by the crochet crowd, this one’s for you. The Crochet Guild of America (CGOA) is inviting you to join in on the holiday fun this year! The CGOA Holiday Shopping Guide – Ad Submissions are now open for a limited time this October for release this November.
With CGOA’s President and gosadi community member, Lindsey Stephens, behind this guide you know it’s going to be something extraordinary!

2. celebrate “I love yarn day” with the Craft Yarn Council
October 15th is “I Love Yarn Day,” and it’s the perfect occasion to celebrate your love for all things yarn! Craft Yarn Council hosts this annual celebration, encouraging everyone to share their passion for yarn crafts. It’s a day to connect, create, and share your yarn creations with the world.
This year’s activation is “Make one. Teach one”. For our YouTube stitchers, this is the perfect opportunity to use the I Love Yarn Day branding to boost your own content!

3. OF COURSE…Rhinebeck sheep & wool festival east & west
For all you pattern designers and yarn retailers, the Rhinebeck Sheep & Wool Festival is a must-visit event. It’s the perfect opportunity to wear and share your latest patterns with fellow stitchers. This event is THE place for all things yarn and fiber-related, featuring workshops, vendors, and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. Think Woodstock…but with yarn.
